We mentor children and youth who are from SEND, young persons who have been excluded or potentially might be excluded due to trauma, family dynamics, neurodiversity, behavioural concerns, medical conditions and other reasons.
We assess the youth and place them with a compatible mentor by matching the needs with the skill set of the youth.

Our Team
We have employed mentors, tutors, wellbeing practitioners and therapist who use trauma informed approach to support the youth.
What We Do
We mentor through outdoor and indoor activities, life skills, tutoring, building confidence, improving wellbeing, developing coping strategies, coaching on interventions to deal with anger management, mood swings, anxiety and self esteem.

Trauma Informed Approach
We use trauma informed approach and focus on developing the abilities of the youth through empowerment, motivational coaching, focusing on enhancing the strength of the youth, with the understanding that each child is different and our work is always in the best interest of the youth.

Safeguarding & Compliance
We believe that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and we focus on training our staff based on our company and local authority policies and induction.
As an employer we have completed safer recruitment courses for NSPCC and follow all regulatory guidelines.
